All sales final unless defective. Claims need to be reported by email within 2 weeks after receiving the product by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with details of the defect and supporting documents if necessary. We may ask the item to be shipped back for inspection, in which case we will provide return label with prepaid postage.
Refunds (if eligible)
After we review your claim, we will send you an email to notify the result within 14 days and if accepted, we can ship the replacement product to you or refund the purchased value (including shipping) to your original method of payment immediately.
